As a Customer Success Specialist at Snerpa Power, you will be the main point of contact for our valued clients. Your mission is to cultivate strong relationships, understand their unique needs, and guide them in maximizing the value they derive from our energy management system.
You will work closely with our Development Team to ensure seamless onboarding, training and ongoing support. Your proactive approach to customer success will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the power industry.
• BS/MS in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer success or account management in the SaaS industry, preferably within energy tech..
• Strong understanding of energy tech and related industries, interest in technology and innovation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and understand their pain points.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex situations.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for contributing to a more sustainable future through energy tech.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Onboard new clients, providing guidance on platform usage and best practices.
• Write and maintain product guides, case studies and customer success stories.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, concerns, and feedback.
• Proactively anticipate, gather and analyze client feedback to drive product improvements.
• Monitor platform usage and performance to ensure optimal client experience.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs.
